Get Started
The first thing to do is always price your designs. We only need images like screenshots, front and back views, and any requested changes. Tech packs or clear line drawings are also accepted. Exact colours, prints, and custom branding are unnecessary for pricing and will be addressed later. The more accurate your handover, the closer our estimated prices will be.

Yes, we always advise you to check the sizing and grading before ordering samples. We work with international sizing plotted onto our 2D Auto CAD digital pattern maker, suitable for age groups 18 to 35.
Yes, our prices are all-inclusive, including non-branded accessories and one heat press logo on the inside and back of each article.
Custom-branded accessories will be invoiced separately.
Sampling
Timelines vary according to the fabrics you wish to use in plain dye or print. Sometimes, samples are dispatched in 7 working days; in others, we require several weeks. It’s best to speak to us once you have your collection to hand.
Samples are charged at twice the estimated wholesale price + a management fee of 30 USD per article.
We require the approved samples to be sent back. We can collect using our company DHL account. Once received we are ready to start on your bulk PO.
Fabrics & Colours
We offer swatch packs for Swimwear, Activewear, and natural fabric clothing, as well as swim and Activewear starter packs.

Yes, we digitally print on synthetic and natural fabrics and offer a hand-screen print service for natural fabrics.
Yes. Synthetic fabrics are dyed overseas, and natural fabrics are dyed by hand in Bali.
Production
Our MOQ for bulk orders is 300 pieces, e.g., 150 bikini sets with 30 pieces per style and three per size, colour, and print. You can combine unlimited designs, colours, and sizes. The MOQ remains the same whether using custom or ready-to-order designs.

It depends on what you’re requesting made and whether anything, like fabrics or accessories, needs to be imported. It’s best to check with us before placing any order.
Samples are paid 100% in full. Production orders are paid 50% on start & 50% before the goods are dispatched.
We are committed to using almost 100% recycled and sustainably produced fabrics, reducing your brand’s carbon footprint by up to 80% during manufacturing. Our packaging is made of 100% biodegradable cassava bags, and we use dyes from DYSTAR in Germany or Huntsman in the United States. We also offer free medical insurance to each employee, Inc., their spouse & up to 3 children against all medical costs, hospitalization, etc.

Delivery
Yes, we dispatch orders via airfreight using FedEx or DHL and provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. To ensure your orders are insured, we add 2% to the value of your goods. We will not be responsible for rare issues like wet or broken boxes or missing items.
